Kamalanagar, 17 June, 2022:<\/strong> The first phase of 3-days \u201cGurushala based Teachers’ Training\u201d is underway within Chawngte RD Block organised by Education Department, CADC at Public school, Kamalanagar. The training which started yesterday was attended by some 67 teachers from schools around Kamalanagar Town area namely Govt. Comph. Middle School, Kamalanagar Public School, RCM Comph. Middle School and KMM Comph. Middle School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dg. Buddha Lila Chakma, Hon’ble CEM, CADC and Dr. Manesia Khaimeichho, SDO (Civil), Chawngte graced the inaugural session of the programme held at Public School, Kamalanagar as the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme was also attended by the two Education Officers of CADC. Eight master trainers were engaged to conduct the training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dg. Buddha Lila Chakma in his speech encouraged the Master Trainers and Teacher Trainees to carry forward this noble programme of the government for capacity building and stated that teachers are more valuable than parents. Despite financial constraint, he approved a sum of Rs 21,000\/- to conduct the training. He was quite optimistic that the society can be changed with the help of the teachers. He appealed all the teachers to get actively involved in building the society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Manesia Khaimeichho, SDO(Civil) also stated that teachers are very important and has a huge responsibility in building a society. He also opined that teacher can help the youths not to get involved in anti-social activities if properly guided.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
